Whenever we go snowboarding during winter, I always get paranoid about windburn. I can sit here and list all of the things that I love about this product (with an exception of the price- $33.00) but the bottom line is I like it because one it’s soothing, hydrating and pretty much everything else you’d want from a lip balm and two it gives my lips a subtle, natural glow.

I bought my first tube few years ago and it has quickly climbed to the top of the list of my favorite products of all time. Whether you just stepped into make-up or are not fancy of bold lip finish in general, you will simply enjoy those Dior lip balms. I quite often do this way as I'm personally not a huge fan of using a gloss as I find it too sticky and too glossy, and Dior Addict Lip Glow Color Reviving Lip Balms gives just the right hydrated plumped look in a more subtle way. When I want to extend the longevity of the colour though, I like to use a lipstick underneath and blot off with tissue paper, then repeat several times again before applying the tinted lip balms. The staying power isn't very long as those lip balms aren't lipsticks, so you will need to reapply throughout the day just like how you would normally do with your regular lip balm. It still won't give that lipstick or lip stain finish, but you can achieve a pop of colour without looking too done. Although they go on pretty much sheer with a hint of colour, you can actually build up the intensity by layering a few more.
